Testing, testing 1,2! Join me at 7pm until 10pm for my debut as a radio presenter on 102.7 CRFM 🫣😂😎🙌🏻 I’ve always wanted to do some radio and I think it’s so important to push ourselves out of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves, even when the voice in your head is telling you that you wont be able to do it 👊🏻 Feel the fear and do it anyway! I’m really grateful and so excited to have been asked to present my own show called Pop Rewind, playing 80s, 90s & 00s pop and dance hits! It’s been an amazing week with the launch of CRFM on Monday and I really believe this local radio station will be a huge success. DJ Lee in da house 😃 Excited to announce that I will be presenting “The Pop Rewind” show on Carlisle’s brand new community radio station CRFM 102.7, which launches on Monday 15th April at 8am! CRFM will be solely run by volunteers, so needs all the help it can get from local businesses for sponsorship/ads in and around Cumbria to help it thrive and grow. The station controller at CRFM is Darrell Thomas, who is 💯 responsible for faxing my letter and picture to a guy called Steve Gilmour in Glasgow in 1995 which ultimately lead to me meeting Spike & Jimmy, forming 911 and Steve being our manager. Looking forward it! Tune in to “The Pop Rewind” show every Friday from 7-10pm where I’ll be playing a mixture of pop, disco & chart music from the 80s, 90s & 00s!
