My heart feels sad – Yesterday we had to say goodbye to beautiful Poppy 💔 15 years and 6 months ago Poppy came into my life. She was a little bundle of sunshine with the most gentlest of souls. She melted the hearts of everyone she met with her big eyes and long floppy ears. She was such a fun character and gave so much love and joy to our lives. I used to love seeing her in the mornings when she’d jump off her bed wagging her tail and wanting big cuddles. I’ve got so many amazing memories with Poppy and I’m so thankful that she shared her life and unconditional love. She always lifted my spirits through the lows of life and made things that little bit better. I’ll miss not being able to hug her anymore and our hearts ache, but we’ll never forget you Pops, my gentle little girl. You were simply the best 🐾 ❤️ We love our pets for some of our lives, but they love us for all of theirs ❤️
