As it’s my 50th in September, I’ve decided I’m going to record my first ever 4-6 song solo EP. I’ve no idea just yet what kind of style or exactly what I want to do or whether it will be all covers or originals, a mix of both, who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️It’s just something I made a promise to myself to tick off the bucket list of life one day and this year feels the right time to do it. My voice has always been singing helium pop which I absolutely love, but maybe there’s a different part of my voice that I’ll explore for a bit of fun. It’s going to be a crazy but fun year ahead that’s for sure. I’ll maybe do a one off gig to sing the EP songs and also 911 songs around my birthday, let’s see 🥳 No point in having an intention to do something if you ain’t going to action the intention, so let’s do this 👊🏻❤️

Happy New Year 🥳 2022 turned out to be a beautiful rollercoaster ride, that’s what life is right? It was amazing, surprising, confusing, happy, eye opening, sad, strange, unexpected, successful, fun, memorable, unpredictable, mistakes made and lessons learnt and it’s been very thought provoking. Ultimately 2022 reminded me that I am responsible for my life’s journey, no one else. Nothing is set in stone, some things aren’t meant to be permanent in your life, people will surprise you in the most amazing ways and also the most hurtful ways. It’s okay to move on from people and things that aren’t adding any value to your life, life is too short to allow people to drain your energy. I lost my beautiful little dog Poppy a few weeks ago, I’ll really miss her beautiful little spirit 🐾 I started a nutrition & fitness coaching business 6 months ago and I coached over 100 people, I’m proud of that and there is more to come…. I really wish for you to have a 2023 full of new opportunities, making lots of new memories, facing your fears, being who you truly want to be, finding your way again if you have felt a bit stuck or may have lost loved ones over the past year ❤️ Life definitely isn’t easy at all sometimes. Just know you are not alone. Be kind to yourself, you’re doing your best, good enough is good enough, perfection doesn’t exist. Remember you are allowed to live the life you want to live and you don’t need anyone’s permission, do it bravely and don’t look back! I hope the sun shines on you more often than not in 2023. Keep moving forward, you’ve got this ❤️
