I’ve never been someone who’s measured their fitness by whether I had a 6 pack or not. I also haven’t had any great desire to actually have a 6 pack either (If you do want a 6 pack that’s cool btw). Fitness for me has always been about feeling as healthy as I can be, about feeling good about myself and feeling that I can perform my best, and to feel I look my best for tours and gigs etc.. Building a stronger body, building mental strength, and building emotional strength is what’s a huge part of my lifestyle.
