HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to those who are still with us and to those of you who are sadly no longer with us ❤️ To all Mams, Moms, Step Mums, Single Mums, Foster Mums, Grannies, Great Grannies. We salute you our Queens ❤️ To my beautiful Mam, a strong independent woman who has so much energy, works very hard and never stops. Absolutely nothing will ever get in the way of my Mam getting her 10k steps in every day (apart from if she’s having a vodka night in!) to keep her fit and healthy. She loves socialising with her girl friends at lunch and loves to travel, she lives life! A fun and cheeky personality and a bit random like me, which I love ha! A caring heart who always wants to help people, and is the most authentic person I know, always be you. We love you and appreciate you ❤️

Happy New Year everyone ❤️ It’s been a difficult time for so many in 2020, and we know we’ve still got a few more bumpy moments to go through as we slowly slide our way into the next few months of 2021. Think of all the challenges you’ve come through so far during the past 9 months, you’ve done amazing and you are stronger than you believe you are, you’ve got this! Brighter days will be back again soon. If you have a goal for 2021, go for it! Be specific, attach emotion to it, plan your plan, and action it, be brave, tiny changes can bring big changes. YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember… great things are achieved by a series of tiny things brought together. I start my nutrition course next week. I’ve got lots planned once I’ve passed all the exams and will be revealing my business name soon which I’m buzzing about 😜 2021 for me is about getting in the best shape I’ve ever been in and helping as many people as I can create healthy lifestyle habits, physically, mentally and emotionally.
