Think of all the challenges you’ve come through so far during the past 9 months, you’ve done amazing and you are stronger than you believe you are, you’ve got this! Brighter days will be back again soon. If you have a goal for 2021, go for it! Be specific, attach emotion to it, plan your plan, and action it, be brave, tiny changes can bring big changes. YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember… great things are achieved by a series of tiny things brought together. I start my nutrition course next week. I’ve got lots planned once I’ve passed all the exams and will be revealing my business name soon which I’m buzzing about 😜 2021 for me is about getting in the best shape I’ve ever been in and helping as many people as I can create healthy lifestyle habits, physically, mentally and emotionally. Photos 12 years ago today my Step-Dad Steve McAlindon passed away from lung cancer aged 54. We all miss him very much, he was a good man. He had a sparkle in his eyes, loved his football, snooker & his lads nights out. He didn’t have the easiest upbringing & was quite a shy guy but he loved his social life. He was known as Mac and often called SuperMac! He even tricked me into supporting Manchester City when I was 7 years old, thankfully that changed very quickly 😂 The @shinealightball in Carlisle was born in memory of Steve and will be celebrating its 5th Anniversary in 2021. It’s raised funds for Macmillan Cancer, who were a great support towards the end of Steve’s life. Sleep well Stevie Mac ❤️ October 22, 2020
