Videos Hereās a little snippet of a song I wrote called You Are My Champion. I wrote the song last year after my interview for the Boybands Forever documentary. It was an emotional interview, one about how cancer had affected so much of my life as an adult, confidence, self esteem, the way I saw myself and the hateful words I used to call myself when I looked in the mirror. The interview I did yesterday on This Morning reminded me about the song again. Sometimes we can forget how big something was and how itās affected us, until we look back and see how far weāve come. The person looking back at us in the mirror is our champion, ultimately the one that has got us through some of the hardest and darkest times in our life so far. We are so much more resilient, determined and stronger than we ever realise. I hope you like the song, Iām sure Iāll release it one day when itās all finished, but I just wanted to share a little bit of it with me doing my best beginners piano playing! Hereās the lyrics: Verse: Steppinā outta the shadows Gettinā ready to rise Got ya bow and your arrow The tiger in your eyes Yeah youāll be the last one standing Hands up in the air like a champion Picking up all the pieces Fixing up all the parts You were never defeated Got the lion in your heart Pre-Chorus: Yeah youāll be the last one standing Hands up in the air like a champion Yeah youāll be the last one standing Hands up in the air, hands up, hands up Chorus: You are my champion You are my number one You gotta stand up tall when the dominoes start to fall Keep on running through the brick walls Coz youāre my champ, champ, champ Youāre my champ, champ, champion Coz youāre my champ, champ, champ Youāre my champ, champ, champion Song title: You Are My Champion Melody & lyrics copyright Lee Brennan #boyband #leebrennan #newmusic #youaremychampion April 4, 2025
Photos A big thank you to @thismorning and all their team for having me on the sofa today. It was so great to see Ben and Cat, it felt like the late 90s again! I had a chat about having Hodgkinās Lymphoma when I was 8 & 14 and the effects it had on my life. It was great to meet Professor John Radford, who gave all the medical advice regarding Lymphoma, which was such a great insight. Today was about an amazing charity called Lymphoma Out Loud and an inspiring lady called Charlotte Cox who is the founder of the charity and who asked me to help launch the Know Your Nodes campaign which will help people understand more about their nodes. Charlotte has been living with Lymphoma for 10 years and is an absolute inspiration. Iām proud to be the ambassador for LOL and help spread the awareness about the Knowing Your Nodes campaign. A huge thank you to my friend @hitchming for all your help and support with this campaign šš» Check out the lymphomaoutloud.org website to learn more about your nodes and understand the signs and symptoms of lymphoma. Please keep spreading the word ā¤ļø #knowyournodes #lymphomaoutloud April 3, 2025

Photos What a moment! Watching the legend Lee from @the911official share his lymphoma experience on ITVās This Morning and shine a spotlight on our life-saving Know Your Nodes campaign was nothing short of incredible. Weāre so proud. At Lymphoma Out Loud, everything we do is about raising awareness, educating others, and empowering people to recognise the signs and symptoms of lymphoma early. Thatās exactly why we launched the Know Your Nodes campaign. Lymphoma is the most common cancer in teens and young adults, yet awareness is still far too low. Swollen lymph nodes are the most common symptom, and we want people to get to know their nodesāto regularly check themselves and learn whatās normal for their body. Weāre incredibly grateful to Lee for using his voice to spark real change. This isnāt just awarenessāitās action. Weāre not stopping until everyone knows their nodes. Simple as that. Thank you @mrleebrennan. Thank you @thismorning – and thank you to every single person helping us shout louder about lymphoma. #knowyournodes #lol #bebodybrave #lymphomaoutloud April 3, 2025

Videos Such a great night on Friday in Glasgow! Thanks to @officialkeithduffy & @brianmcfadden123 for the unexpected invite to go on stage and sing Baby Can I Hold You Tonight with them and their amazing band. It was a total buzz and as always, the Glasgow crowd were so loud. Watching @officialboyzlife from my seat and meeting lots of you there reminded me just how amazing nostalgia is and how much it means to so many of you who were fans of pop music & Boybands especially back in the day. To see so many faces light up and to see everyone singing their hearts out for a couple of hours is absolutely priceless. For some, itās a break from difficult times, for some itās their happy place, whatever your reason, itās just ace isnāt it, I know it means a lot to fans of all bands and it means alot to us all who perform too ā¤ļø Video by my gf @tobijaynecadbury March 2, 2025

Photos Really sad news today hearing about the passing of Linda Nolan. Linda was lovely, such a strong, confident, positive, fun and kind person. Linda presented our last two Shine A Light Charity Ball nights in Carlisle and always gave her time for free to help us raise money for MacMillan Cancer. I remember putting on an event in Yorkshire, it was called, afternoon tea with Linda Nolan. She jokingly told me that she wanted me to chauffeur her from her house in Blackpool to the venue in Skipton and to make sure I had champagne in the car for her and her friend Susan. I did as I was told, collected Linda and a Susan and had champagne waiting in the car which they finished after spraying it all over my clean car . We had a blast on that car journey and the whole day. Linda told her life story to a sold out crowd and had a little sing song also. It was an inspiring story by an inspiring and talented lady who has spread so much awareness about breast cancer over the years and has always been so positive with her outlook on life. My thoughts go out to Lindaās family, friends and fans of The Nolanās. RIP Linda ā¤ļø January 15, 2025
